BOOKING  POLICY

Booking - in (arrival) 13.00 - 20.30 Hrs.

Please note:- we prefer booking-in times by mutual consent, particularly at weekends. This is in order to avoid inconvenience to both paties.

Booking - out (departure) 10.00 a.m. mon-sat. noon sun.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All rooms have clean linen and bedding which is changed for each new guest or once a week whichever the sooner. All rooms have modern furniture, good state of decor, and the whole establishment is extremely clean.

The establishment is within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance of the city centre, rail and bus stations. It is ideally located for the A1, and the leisure activities in Peterborough

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No refunds will be payable if notice of cancellation is 7 days or less before the date of booking.

2. If more than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, then upon consideration of the establishment, up to 50% of the payment will be refunded.
